So begins the countdown to December 25th - this is the time of year when we create new traditions and follow old ones, we spend time with family and friends, and we eat lots of good food! I'm really excited for this time of year and I have some great ideas to share with you!
The first thing I have to share for December is a Christmas countdown printable! A countdown is really fun activity for kids and adults alike, at least I think so...this printable is perfect for hanging on the fridge - all you have to do is to get some cute Christmas stickers to mark off the days (or you could just use a marker.)
So go ahead and save the image below to your computer and then print it - I printed mine on a piece of cardstock (light or medium weight) so that it's a bit more durable. As I'm sitting here writing this post, the thought also crosses my mind that you could put the printable in a plain picture frame under glass and you would be able to use a dry erase marker on the glass to cross the days off. How fun and easy!
I also want to share a few activities you can do to help get into the holiday spirit (if you need any help!), and I've posted two project links below the image. I'll have more ideas for holiday activities in the coming weeks, so stay tuned and feel free to share your own ideas!
