This week, I'm sharing a recipe for delicious rice pudding. I think a nice bowl of warm rice pudding with some cinnamon on top is a delicious snack on a chilly, late autumn day! This recipe is incredibly easy and oh-so-delicious. You can either use leftover rice (which is what I did) or just cook up a fresh batch (you would need 3/4 cup of rice and 1 1/2 cups of water to get 1 1/2 cups of cooked rice).
